I was on my to my girlfriends house turning onto a major expressway. A bike pulled up along side of me, glanced over and thought nothing of me. On the green light he sped though the intersection quickley getting his bike to about 60 mph. I stepped on it just a bit. I thought there was no way in hell that I could take a bike. He saw me comming up on him, so he slowed down to I would say about 45 to 50. When I was along side of him I gave a quick rev to let him know I wanted to play. He gave me a glance and gunned it. I stayed back to see what he had. Once we were along side eachother again we both punched it. I pulled on him immediatly, but wasnt sure if he was trying or not? Then we both pulled up to a light. Once the light turned green we both went. My tires were cold, and the light turned green before i expected it to, so i spun a bit. He pulled about 1.5 cars on me from the line, but as soon as i got traction it was all over. I realled him in then passes him up. He looked over at me as i was passing him in amazment. He gave me the thumbs up after that and just cruzed along side of me. Thats when i got to see what kind of bike it was. GSX-R 600. I know thats not the fastest bike out there, but i'm just happy to say that i took one. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Great kill. I love beating bikes. I think that was the first kind of bike I beat too. Shocked the **** out of me that day too.

It must have been an old one because the 2001 and newer GSX-R 600 are capable of high to mid 10's @ 126 miles per hour. Otherwise, YOU MUST HAVE A BEAST!!!!!!! Nice Kill!!!!

Well I'm not sure it if was a new one or not. I raced a 800 cc bike a while ago and he only had me by about 3.5 to 4 cars up to about 95. So maybe he didnt know how to drive either, or it was an older bike as well. The GSX and I ran to about 120 to 125, I'm not 100% sure. But it was under 125 for sure.

Nice kill,not trying to show disrespect to your kill,but If it was anything close to newer(99 and up). The rider must not have known how to ride. I have a nitrous feed SS camaro(2000) runnning high 11's also i have a 96 Ninja that with me riding runs High 11's also. But the new bikes run much harder. Can you post your mods? Nice kill, man your post got more interest than mine did! LOL! I'm bringing mine to the top. I raced a 2002 GSXR 600 with some mods from a 1st gear roll. From what I hear that was dumb on my part. I covered it though!!

I don't know if I want to spend all the money on heads, also this is my daily driver so heads would probably give me a head ache if you know what I mean. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I know corny joke haha very funny huh. Anyways what do you guys think?

Well my vote is to put the bottle in it! Look at my drop in e.t. and gain in mph,no better mod for me.
