Old & In The Way

My neighbor got new Mustang GT, same day I got my new GTO. Of course we immediately saw each other, and hit Alton Pkwy, for a race. No contest, trounced him 3 times, and he gave up. That was 1-21-05. Yesterday, he spoke to me, first time since race, said he had installed new catback, and intake. Said he was much faster now, also did new computer, and could now kick ***! O.K., off we go to Alton, forgot to tell him, I did custom catback and K&N, guess memory goes with age. Anyway we did 3 more runs, stoplight to stoplight, beat him worse than the first time, though his car was faster. He was so pissed, he went and got his Dad, with a Dodge Viper truck. I started in 2nd gear, and he pulled 2 carlengths at the start. When I hit 3d gear, I blew by him, big time, now neither one will speak to me!

I love mustangs new or old but it seems like they are the funnest to race it seems like it crushes their ego worse then any other car owner. I can't wait to put an *** whooping on an '05 stang with the ol' GTP . I thought i had that chance last week paced this guy for 3 miles goosing it letting him hear the blower whine alittle but he wouldn't do ****! AHH That pissed me off so bad. Same thing happened when i was in my stang 2001 camaro Z28 empty highway just me an him he wouldn't **** either .
