Default Raced a CBRB600RR bike!

Sunday after noon I got to race for the first time with the new setup. It was a 2005 CBR600RR Honda street bike. We went from a dead stop. First gear I put him at my rear 1/4 panel, shifted second and during the shift he pulled to my door, went to third and pulled hard on him, fourth gear pulled a little more. End result was I won my 1.5 car lengths.
We stopped and talked after and all he could say was "F*ck thats a fast car" . Once I get the nitrous hooked up they want me to race another guy with 1000 (not sure what kind of bike). I do not think I will win that one but should be fun.

Just thought I would share.

Care to list the "new setup"? From your sig, I'd have to throw the flag. The new 600's all run in the 10's with a decent rider. This guy didn't sound like he could ride too well if you took him off the line to start. But again I'm going on your sig so I'd like to know what you have that can beat a 10 second bike. If your story is real, then congrats on the great kill. Bikes are VERY fast, but not unbeatable.

This bike is rated at 10.97 @127mph, So if he was not the best driver maybe that is why I won. Whats done on the street is on the street. Who cares what the bike can do with a pro driver. I have 595 miles on my new setup(yes in sig) so I am not that great yet either. We are going to do it again and I will get a vid of it this time. Sorry you feel its BS, I never thought that I would have won either.

All the new literbikes will trap 140s....kinda gives you an idea, even from a roll, what they are capable of. So watch out on the 1000s

Ya i do not think I will have a chance against the 1000 even with the nitrous. Should be fun though! There is no point in racing people that you know you can win against.
