No problem, Unless he has slicks and does a clutch dump off the line but then you should catch upto him at the end

So 210-215rwhp + 100 Shot = 310-315rwhp--get a good launch and smoke him.

They come out of the hole well on tires. Be careful.

04's dyno around 230 plus 100 shot, IF its a NX kit he might see a solid 90-100rwhp jump, will be a good race but dont forget about the torque factor. He might be around 320rwhp and lil over 400ft/lbs of torque at the rear! I think the GT will edge you out IF he can drive and hook up nicely!

Here is a WS6 that ran consistant 12.8's at 111(has lid and slp dual/dual catback exhaust) on eagle F1 D3's vs. a gears/exhaust/100 shot 01 Mustang GT on slicks
...
http://home.comcast.net/~sjvhsr/ws6vs01gtspray.WMV

The WS6 is in the near lane and barely takes the win.

And don't complain about the quality of the footage, it was with a tiny little cannon powershot S400, almost 3 years ago

Yea the Stang had slicks/gears while the WS6 was on stock tires, whats the point? This guys is on DR's and if his bud doesnt break out some slicks it should be a very good race, I think he will win by a car or more.

What's the point??? I'm on the side of the WS6 for this one (that was my brothers WS6 ). The point is that it is a drivers race . As (barely/hardly) seen on video, the slicks were not a huge advantage for the GT on this street. Also, the WS6 was NOT on stock tires. They are D3's which cut consistant 1.8 60's at the track

Another question nobody in the surronding areas in vinton louisiana has a digital camera so how do you put a video online if i was to use a regular video camera? Its no biggie cause hes using a nitrous so im not worried bout it. Ill stick a 100 shot on my car a see what happens

whoa whoa whoa, this one was a flowmaster kit on it. if it's the two chamber kit just throw in the towel and save yourself some embarassment.

last time i saw a mustang with a flowmaster catback was about 7 minutes ago, and that thing was ridiculous.

Honestly though, I raced a 100 shot Gt about a week after my Lt install and I pulled on him quite nicely. I'd imagine you should be able to edge out on him if you out drive him.

sorry, i work at Mustangs Unlimited and i just find it funny that everyone and their mother has a flowmaster catback on their car. i can honestly say that i personally sell about 5 kits a day alone. maybe you don't think it's as funny as i do, but i'm just around mustang geeks all day.

^not taking a shot at your buddy, but we all know how the typical mustang owner can be.

It should be a close race but due to his torque advantage I think he should be able to take you.

I've tried 4 different mufflers on my car and actually think the 2 chamber flows sounded the best. Now I'm looking at cutouts since the neighbors don't seem to care much for my loud exhaust

yeah i expect to get beat with this race. I hope for the mustangs sake he does beat me cause if he dont since were friends he will never hear the end of it. As far as mustang and flowmasters go thats one of the best sounding combinations in the world in imo
