I raced my Supra (making about 450 rwhp) last night against an Ls1 SS with only cat back and drag radials (guessing 320 rwhp?)
Results were not pretty.. the SS KILLED me!! Just goes to show ya that LSx motors are still the KING!

yeah I would like to get better numbers down low. But I guess I will have to deal with it till I get a motor built. Its nice to be able to get power right away and not have to wait for the peak hp.

Somebody posted that shirt on Motown Muscle a while back and I saved it. I was going to change it to say STS, but it looks like they are actually getting some good times with those kits now...
There is a Supra running at Milan in the low 140's in a monthly Friday night event. It was a turd at the beginning of the season, but he has been tuninig the suspension all summer, and now it is the car to beat. Of course, the imports can run slicks, while the domestics can only run DR's, so he has a bit of an advantage.

A 450 rwhp Supra should easily trap 120 - 122 mph. There is no possible way an LS1 with ONLY an exhaust and drag radials should pull on a car that traps over 120 mph, even if the Supra owner was a terible driver and was on shitty street tires. I raced a LS1 that was on the bottle and still pulled on him back when I was on the stock twins and I know for a fact that I had less than 425 rwhp.
