Nappy&SloHo vs Wildcat(vid) me and a local member, wildcat, on our forum(www.hsvracing.com) were going back and forth for days. He has a C4 vette that runs consistant 8.0s and he also AutoX. This guy can drive the wheels off the car. The arguement was over how he could outdrive 100hp through the 1/8th simply because i sucked and he ruled the roost. He claims to oly have 285whp(and i have seen a dyno with that) vs my 385whp. He showed up on slicks against my DRs.
We ran 2. He took me on the 1st race because i left at 4500rpm and blistered the tires. Second, a car was coming odwn the road and we stopped. Last race, i finally took him. Although the camera man claims i lost, i actually had him by half a car. The camera-man had the lanes backwards. Wildcat took me out of the hole and i caught him. Great run, esp for a 285whp car
I shouldnt be THAT proud....but considereing how good this guy drives, i am proud. Special thanks to Samir for taking the vids and posting them on his forum.(www.huntsvillecarscene.com). I downloaded all three races

Just wanted to say that after taking you badly out of the hole the 1st and 2nd runs, I botched the 3rd launch. Not to take anything away from your car, but the story is wrong. I messed up and watched you get a car ahead of me right off the line the 3rd run, then I pulled back close to even pretty quickly until 2nd gear when your 100rwhp advantage started bailing you out. Guess I should have kept using the same launch that had been working so well instead of trying something different one time.
The videos of these runs aren't that great, it's very difficult to see the details. An in-car vid would be better.

i wouldnt count the 2nd race either tho, we both saw a car and i wasnt really in it 100%. I did leave, just not 100%. Its an even split. Agreed, the vids arent that good.
