My cobra v.s. 02 SS My cobra has a catted x-pipe with slp loudmouth. I was wondering if I can beat my friends 02 SS. His mods are true duals(x-pipe), Lid, FTRA, MAF, ported TB, SFC. How do you guys think my cobra will do against him?

wow is it just me that thinks he wont walk him as easy as everyone thinks. if your blower hasnt been touched you wont walk him . i agree you will beat him but id say 1 to 1 1/2 cars . just my opinion. the only reason i say he wont walk him is that seen many stock vs stock ss at the tracks many of times the best i have seen a stock 03 cobra run is 8.2s to 8.40s in the 1/8 and seen some mostly stock camaros (lid, and filter) run 8.50s . so its not that far off . i have personally taken out some 03s at the track when i just got mine with jsut a lid and catback so you never know 
I know im gonna get rapped for saying they dont run 7s but until i see it i dont believe it . all tracks are diffrent.

I stand corrected! Haha either way it shouldnt be much of a race. As UNIT has said all about traction with that kind of power. Good luck with the race!
