Default 98 camaro vs 92 mustang 306??
My car is a 98 ls1 with 4l60e with exhuast and kn air filter.His car is 306 stock heads with z303 motorsport cam on street tires and hiscar is five speed.Who would win????

so his car is just bored a bit and has a cam?

Dont think the cam will help him much.....especially w/ stock heads killing him. He would at least need gears and intake for a chance.

the car runs low 9's in the eighth.Stock intake and 3.73 gears from what I've heard.

With stock heads, a cam isn't going to do much for him. The stock heads are terrible. Are they at least ported?

if he runs low nines then you should pull on him...you should be to run high 8's...
if you can drive....but race him and find out!!!!

that car should have the e7 heads or a variant of those. If so, there is no airflow going on.

He should run better than low 9s.....if not then his car will go down easily. Like i said, my car with AOD runs high 8s and its all stock except the gear and exhaust.

A 302 bored slightly over and a cam..No match..
