Default The 2 fastest S2Ks in the world

I know its not much but Im happy as hell. i ran my car Sun 9-11 at MIR. My friend also ran his stroked s2k there. I was on stock diff, trans, 225 stock street tire and a stock head. I had the 2-step set at 4900rpm and the anti-lag set at 5lbs of boost. My friends s2k has a CAI and a 3in exhaust. His motor went from a 2.0lt to a 2.5lt with the same C/R. I know its not that fast when it comes down to it but this is faster then any s2k both all motor and turbo.

Heres mine
60ft 1.989
330 5.019
1/8 7.464
mph 100.95
1000 9.551
1/4 11.34
mph 126.64

My friend ran a 13.2 at 106mph, remember. Thats all motor and only with a .5lt bigger block.

So I have the rec for turbo and he has the all motor rec. I will post up some pics of the time slips and the cars soon. My friend is getting it together now.

Thanks guys. Im sad that i didnt hit my 10.99 but the car would not boost over 25lbs because of the exhaust gasket leaking. I have some ARP studs on the way so I shouldnt have a problem with them breaking any more.

You need to cut that 60' foot down something fierce. Is it possible to cut a 1.60 or so in a S2K?

Oh...I must've missed the stock tire part. That's actually pretty solid on stock rubber.

Are you stock C/R? I would imagine running that much boost you had to have torn into the bottom end.

Very Impressive....Good job!

Now onto your friend..... excuse my ignorance... but with a stroked motor it seems he didn't gain a whole lot of power. .... I guess there is little room for NA tinkering with these cars eh?

I have 9 to 1. C/R. The bottom end is the only thing that I did to it. My friends car has stock C/R but it has been pushed to 2.5lt. Now you have to think of this. A stock s2k has about 190rwhp. He made over 252rwhp with just the bottom end. Thats a hell of a jump for .5lt
