Default Went 1-1 Saturday Night

I went Saturday to an area which is notorius for street racing. Alot of cars mostly lots of hondas, little **** like that. Saw also a C5, and an STI. Well my first race was from a roll against what looked like a 2003ish Audi S4, and let me say that **** handed it to me. I was in 2nd gear at 4K rpm, and he just took off. Then as i was driving around a 2000 Honda Civic SI, pulls up. The car has a Type R suspension and Type R B18 engine from what this guy i know says. I didn't find any of that out till late that night. Well i raced the Honda and he had no ******* chance. Went from a roll also, and just pulled on him. Was an ok night, I hate Audi even more. One of my friends was saying i should buy a nitrous kit and go after that Audi again.

Audi S4's can be pretty quick with the right mods. Most likely he had upgraded turbo's. Lol, gotta love those sleepers

NOPE!

ah same chassis yes, but racing an s4 isn't racing an a4 no matter how you say it.

Audi clearly defines that, by not using any other name in it's place.

Let me Explain!

Just as you said, camaro with it's model choices.(rs, z28,etc) still a camaro.
or a neon with an srt option, still a neon.

There is no A4 with an s4 package, get my point. Like I said, clearly defined by Audi. An S4 is not an A4.

With that being clear, MetallicBluews6 is correct in his statement! Audi S4 not Audi A4!

I know what you say. But in Europe cars don't come as 1 model with different available packages. They are 1 model group with different variations. The Audi A4 could be had as 1.8, 1.8T, 2.0, 1.9TD a couple of V6's, saloon, estate and convertable. They are all different models of the A4 model range.

The S or RS version may have been marketed slightly differently in the US but that doesn't alter the fact that its still an Audi A4. As Audi also make an S3 which is a 1.8T version of the fwd A3 which is based on the Golf chassis/engines which are also used by Seat and Skoda.

Same as a BMW M3, it's a 3 Series BMW although it shares few components with other 3 Series'.

But I do get your point.

it's like saying a pt cruiser is a neon, hehe. Same idea. 90% of the parts used are identical, other than the body. But they are clearly different too, lol.

Oh I agree too, we seem to have everything different than Europe. I think they do it to confuse us, lol, must be that marketing division.

I think the US way is better, esp in the 60/70's when you simply ordered a car then picked what you wanted from the options list, which would then subsiquently change the model. Alla Z28 option code.

I can't think of any model of car here that once came from an option code. They've all been pre determined models.

Now that you metion it, I can't either. Well, maybe if they made the new Chevy SS. But it didn't go though as of yet.

It would be the first than.

Edit: http://www.rsportscars.com/eng/cars/chevrolet_ss.asp

I would of bought one of those, 4 doors with serious power.

****! You people need to calm down a little-just a little mistake; no need to go up in arms. I guess I just see too many of those damn 1.8s around here.
