Raced my first C6 yesterday belongs to a friend. Its an Automatic and he manually shifted it from 1-2-D or however it goes on them. We raced from a roll 3 times, the first and third time i had no chance i would spin all of 1st and 2nd gear. the 2nd time we raced though we stayed neck and neck. i did shift into third slowly because at times my third gear grinds. and i was running with my T-Tops off, don't know if that had much of a drag on me if any. But i was suprised to be able to stay with him even though it was an auto. Now i need the cam more than ever.

T-tops off during race = not good for racing.
