Killed a Fox Body...
Not sure what year it was but it looked like 90-93 because of the grill, or lack thereof. Started when i was making a left onto route 347, those on long island would know what i'm talking about, i was just on my way home when...i see 2 350z's and a good looking fox body mustang flyby. I was just gonna go home but i couldn't resist.
Well i took off and by the time i caught up one Z had already turned off and the other was on his way off. So i roll up next to the Mustang and slow down, he follows.
We took off from about 40. No honking or anything he just took off. I followed then proceeded to pull 1 car ahead then 2 and by the time i hit 2 and 1/2 he slowed and pulled off. This was only up to about 100 or so.
Now why can't he have just tred again? Why be a baby and pull off? We had so much road to go and i was looking for some fun.
But anyway the car looked good. Nice paint and some 5-lug Cobra rims, by the looks of 'em. I know thats nothing for HP but usually the guys with good looking Mustangs have pretty quick ones, around here at least. All i can tell is he definately had exhaust. I dunno what else.
I'm bone stock. Now i've only been in this car for maybe 2 and 1/2 months now, are kills like this something i should come to expect, even stock?

cliff's notes- killed a fox body Mustang by about 2 and 1/2 cars 40mph to 100ish mph.

sounds like you had a super blast night but it only last for a few minns it seems.. lol i know i been there i hate them. been in the same streets with similar cars.. you cant resist. sucks Bad that the TWO 350Z's pulled off they would have been fun to mess with. but thoses Fox bodies can be made fast from a roll for CHEAP $$ but LACK GOOD TOP END. ya most ppl that have good lookin ones tend to be fast also around here.

As stated above, be VERY careful when you run up on an old 5.0, my GT still sounds like it did when i was runnin mid twelves......and i have smeared the pavement with a few Z06s and even a Ford GT(500 hp blown one).

Nice Kill sounds like fun, and that you are enjoying your car. The 350Z's would have been a good run, but you should take them without too much of a hassle from a roll, assuming both cars are stock...
