This is kind of a long post.


on the way back home from a friends going away party, the roads were pretty dead. My roommate and I were the Designated drivers so we were both sober... seperate cars.

its about 2:30am and i'm cruising at 67mph.. i love cruise control

I had told myself that I wasnt gonna use the bottle for any reason on the way home, but for some reason... i still had turned my bottle warmer on. lol

I see some familiar looking headlights coming up on me fairly quickly on my left.... Turned out to be a nice looking C5 corvette..
well apparently i have no self control yet with the nitrous, 'cause as i see him about to pull along side of me, I open the bottle and turn on the switch.... and i got WOT. LOL

Ive heard stories, but i've never been in a car that'll break the tires loose on highway speeds before. my car downshifted to 2nd and fishtailed a lil...... not too bad though, fortunately. How freakin sexy is it to break 'em loose at almost 70mph?! In just a little ole automatic tranny.. lol

Yeah, this definately got their attention.

anyway.. I stop him from goin by me and fly by him... then let off.

So i slow back down... when they get their rear tire to my door, he romps on it. His car sounded good... but i was ready
I stop his pull again... and proceed to pull a few cars on him and i can see that he gave up because I put about a semi between us. lol

While I was passing him I had my window down and could see some blue neon light he had in his car was lighting up their faces.....
lol... as i'm passing them both driver and passenger are going

I had a **** eating grin till i went to bed... and i still do this morning..

i havent been to speedworld in a couple of weeks. I wanted to go to speedworld this weekend, but i guess theyve got some other stuff going on.
they didnt have test and tune available.

i like speedworld a lot more than firebird. track prep is much better.

I have a similar story me and a couple of friends of mine where on are way to hooters last night (sat, jan 21) When comeing up on us was a vette my buddie in a 2001 mustang gt was first in line when the vette pulled up next to him they started to play around well my buddies car dosent have what it takes to beat a vette so i called him and told him to get out of my way so he slowed down and got over i pulled up next to him and we slowed down to about 50 my passenger yelled wana race and he started to laugh at me then he said yeah go on three on the third honk i left him sitting and put about two cars on him from 50 to 135 then he drove past me with his finger in the air and that just made my night!

I can't stand Firebird, I always make the drive to speedworld. And I'm coming from Queen Creek. Lemme know when you're gonna head out there again, I usually go Friday nights since I work Saturday's.

Not sure of your set up but if your warmer is the type thats suppose to automatically shut off at a certain pressure you need to leave the bottle on! Otherwise you'll literally blow your car up. Please be careful with that. Excellent kill though.
