Race from a stop and I think it will be a drivers race. From a roll, I'm gonna have to say the CTS-V has the advantage.

He's got an 02 engine with the LS6 intake right? Should that make any difference considering it should dyno more stock than a 98?

I'm guessing that the T/A has 320-330 rwhp with those mods right? Stock CTS-Vs have around 340 rwhp, and I think f-body's weigh about the same as CTS-Vs. So, thats why I said the V has the advantage from a roll. But, its still a drivers race.

well i have a ls1 intake because i just have a 02 long block from a ws6. i got the car from a friend and when he put the new engine in he had the a/f tuned and he said it made 336 at the wheels but i know dyno's vary.he ran it at steel al and it ran like 12.9 at 107-108.

Well, I retract my previous statements. I think you will beat him easily from a stop , unless he is a professional driver. From a roll it will still be a drivers race but I'm gonna give you the edge. 108 is a solid trap for an A4 with those mods. Good luck with the race.
