Default 240 VS 00 T/A the race you have been waiting for!

I killed him twice, then he learned how to launch with his drag radials and I lost 2 times. I have to race the computer cars a couple of more times so I can afford muffler bearings and add 200hp.

oh and that mustang was a 03-04 cobra, it destroyed me.

what did that guy do to his 240! Ive seen a few with turbo KA engines and a few SR20DET conversions and honestly I wasnt impressed with their times, low 14's. This guy must have had some tune going on to be able to beat an ls1

hes got sr20det, manual boost controler, lsd rear end, spec 3 clutch, and 225 drag radials.

how much was he boosting? i ran a nissan silvia with an sr20det runnin 14psi and walked him once i got into third gear. i ran him from a stop too and by the 1/8mile point, i walked him.

really nice runs!! good kills/deaths (you were catching up to the 240, he jsut got you outta the hole, right? i mean, from a roll you woulda won (just curious, i know a guy with one)

Good kills and deaths. When was stock I raced on with the SR20DET conversion he beat me once by half a car from a dig and then we went from second gear and I beat him by about a car. They are pretty fast and those engines can hold a lot of boost.

from a roll I would murder him, its those damn drag radials. Hes launching at 4k and not spining one bit, me on the other hand iv got tire spin 1st and 2nd gear.

oh he was running 14 psi, the max his turbo will be efficent at.

More Like
SR20DET @ 11 Lbs of boost on the stock side mount in gears 1-3 and up to 14 Lbs in 4th. The stock side mount is very restrictive. If I was running 14 Lbs with the FMIC you would not have a chance from a roll or a dig now with the Drag Radials.

the first runs I was learning to launch on the DR's so the first races were pretty sad but once I got into the 4K range and I heated them up It was all a go from there but my worst enemy is my stock SMIC. I will be getting my FMIC soon. Sorry about the crappy video. I was in a hurry and trying to make sure I was clear of the cars behind me and everyone kept getting in the way of the shot at the end. More videos to come so keep checking back.


Oh Yea! I have not tuned the car yet with the new swap. I will though. It runs pretty good for now.

seeme dot me you was taking off the line pretty light. and once you went full throttle you completely stopped his pull.

no, but I would of had you at 150 and by 210 you would of been 4 cars behind, and then at 250 I would find myself back in time!
