Civic Dx, haha First of all i wanna say I have been reading all of your posts for a while and i have learned a lot, and i think you guys are awesome
Well at my high school, there is this stupid kid with some crappy civic dx. He was saying he got all this stuff like a motor swap and blah blah blah. He was talking all this crap to my friend with with a 70's Dart with a 340. He was saying he wanted to race him and he was gonna "roast his american trash". But my buddy had recently got a large speeding ticket and didn't want to race. I was calling bullshit on the ricer in the first place. So i stepped up to the plate with my stock 2000 ford focus SE 5-speed, haha. So i ran him from a stop and by the end of 2nd gear i had pulled about 3-4 cars on him. I would just be embarrassed to get beat by a grocery getter.

I was just going by models. DX's are basically the slwoest Civic he could have had. I did mess up though with saying the LX...I should have said DX and LX are slower than the HX, Ex, and Si.
Who cares though. I was just sayign it was the slowest Civic.

The cars in this race were slow as ****, but atleast a race occured. I can't say the same for all the other bench racing threads on first page of this section.
