I'd think it's gonna be a driver's race. Who's ever out of the whole first. I'd say if you were a stick or stalled, you no problem.

i can tell you right now its going to be close. i raced a stock 05/06 manual trani from a 60 roll - 110 and i only had him by a car and a half. we went from a dig and i spun, he hooked and i ending up pulling him by another car or so by about 60ish. BTW i have a 98 a4 with slp loudmouth and slp lid w/ the 3:23 gears. just open up that cutout and dont spin and you should have a good chance. unless you have 2:73 gears, then its going to be a different story. Good Luck!

hold the brake down and put the pedal down until you get to about 1500-2000 RPMs. When the light turns green, drop the brake and put the pedal to the floor. Just put it in D and dont shift it yourself. You should have the race VERY easily!

You usually don't want to put the pedal to the floor right off the line on street tires or it will spin like crazy.

Brake stall to 2k is good, but you got to ease into it a little on street tires.

It would really suck losing to one of those stock slowass GTs, I would be embarrassed and cut my pee pee off.

power brake til about 1600 rpm when you leave give about 75% throttle to make sure you don't spin and then go full throttle and rip him a new one. don't do a burn out like monst people think it gets your tires sticky but ona stock r rated tire it doesn't it might make you spin off the line. if your gonna do it for money your gonna need everything you can get so ask for space or the move and let him know a chase is a race and steal that **** as if you were a clepto. good luck and let me know us know how it turned out .

yea, not standing up for the new stangs but their definetly not as slow and the old 2v gt's. and no offense outlaw, but if he blows the tires off at like 25mph then stomping the petal to the floor from a stop is gonna get him an *** kicking. listen to n20 junkie hes got it dead on. being an auto the launch is whats gonna give you the advantage. be sure to let us know how it went !
