My buddy has a M1 and was cruising around oneday about 2 weeks ago. He came up on what he said was a cammed/bolton SS. His M1 is BONE STOCK and his tires are bald. (he actually ditched his car a few weeks ago, had to get pulled out). Anyway, from what him and his passenger said, they DESTROYED this SS. He wants to race me to see if it was just driver issues or that his car is the heat. I have Lid, Pacesetters lts, ORY, and catback. With a good tune last week. Dynoed 340rwhp and 355tq. His car is still bone stock. And same bald tires. Not even a filter. Oh, I have new tires and springs, shocks, LCA's with relo brackets, and adj panhard. Whats my chances??

Hes (the MACH 1) not hiding anything. His money goes into his harley. Hes a good guy, friend of mine. I know what hes got. The only thing that is done is painted calipers, that I painted. hehe. Thats what I thought. But I am not a bragger, or a rub it in your face type of guy. My room mate on the other hand has an 04 Cobra, Pullied, no cats, X-pipe and lowered now. Its a nice ride. He dynoed 470 bout 3 weeks ago. I wont race him just yet....

The Mach1 is toast if you can half drive then.

You shouldn't have any problems with the stock Mach if your numbers are 340 & 355.

Theres always factory freaks, but that sounds like to nasty a victory to be a factory freak type situation. Then again, some F-Bodies are like that, so why not a Mach?

Maybe they ran out of stock cams at the factory one day and just had to make do with some FR catalog parts. Awe shucks........
