SS vs turbo 240sx

SS vs turbo 240sx on the way home from my buddies house tonight i had a little encounter with a pretty stout 240sx. we lined up and me being a dumbass 
i was in the wrong gear and got WALKED hard... i mean like i dont even wana talk about it.. i ended up having to play catch up cause he took off and didnt really let off for a while. finally we get up next to each other and this time i was for sure in the right gear. i threw it in 2nd close to like 50-55mph?( wasnt really paying attention to speedo) was focusing on getting lined up. no honks, he let me have the hit and once i took off i heard that nice little sound a turbo makes and then things got pretty bad for him.. put lenghts on him. he was a real cool guy said he made 351 to the wheels. it was obviously turboed not sure if it was a motor swap or not. he was asking me if i was spraying 
probably due to that first "race" of me being in 4TH at like 60 mph 
. after that 2nd race he came up and said "man that thing has torque" (somethinhg close to that) 
. all in all it was a fun race and got the old heart pumping good, and props to dude for having a nice ride. is it possible for a 240sx (sry for not knowing the year) to be able to make 350 to the wheels with a turbo on the stock block???
