Default raced my first cobra!

my buddy just got an 04 cobra with supercharger pulley and some other pulleys (not sure what), intake, throttle body, plenum or whatever that is, h pipe, and borla exhaust. so went to the highway and ran them. first race was from 30 and i got him by about a fender. he said he spun a bit in second and had a hard time getting in third. so we went agian from 50. we wanted to get the race going because there was people behind us, so when it started i was a couple feet behind him. but anyways he got me by about that coulple a feet, about a half of fender or so. i was very happy about that i thought for sure i was gonna get pulled pretty good but it seems like they run about the same.

Good runs....nice and close is always a great run. I love the color of your car, what is that color called? It kinda looks like that viper greyish/silverish paint.

That would just end in the cobra owner and him having a "who can spray more on their stock block" as both motors have been sprayed with INSANE amounts of spray on the stock bottom. i know of an 03 cobra with the stock eaton(ported of course) and a 200 wetshot.....so yea, put that 100 shot on!

First off, I can never get tired of looking at yoru car...it is one of (if not the) best looking Fbod I ahve seen.

Secondly....the 'other pulleys' was probably a crank pulley. No offense, but he needs to get used to the car. Once the 'sotp' mod comes into play, it probably won't be that way. He has a fairly nicely modded cobra...and is putting down some nice power (assuming the smaller upper and lower, and ported). He is just still too new to the car....and third gear is a biatch..I hated that gear.

HOWEVER.......a race is a race......and a win is a win.........Nice kill!

no my wheels are not ford wheels they are american racing, not tt2 though

no it wasnt a crank pulley, i think there was three pulleys as a kit. what is the "sotp" mod?

he had a 5spd gt before this so he knows how to drive a stick.

so you think he will pull me in a few weeks? on the second race from 50 he didnt spin or miss a gear. i dunno i would gladly race him again and im sure we will.
