GT 500 vs STS LS1 Camaro

GT 500 vs STS LS1 Camaro i ran a GT 500 last night from a 40 roll near Jacksboro Highway @ around 9:45pm.

we did a 40 punch with the camera guy about 2.5 cars infront of us to get the fly by.
Camera guy was a 96 LT1 T/A
GT500 gets slight jump, but after we pass the camera guy, you can see my red camaro's tail lights catch it then walk away

i shut down by about 140 ish and i had like 4-6 cars on him. my friend made the video. i'm going to get him to ru again in the daylight WITH car sounds instead of music. but the camera was hanging out of the window of my buddies car, so you really couldnt hear anything

he got a slight jump on me because i couldnt hear the honks. but about mid 3rd i was half or so on him. and in 4th is where i started to show him the LS1 with my turbo. plus, it was REALLY cold outside for my intercooler

my car got re-tuned, so im sure it makes a little more, but not much. i pulled nasty up top. in the vid, at first it looks like the GT500 pulled out front, but that was because i couldnt hear the honks and started off a little late.
i dont really drive it in the rain all the time. or at all really, unless i have too. but i know that if it rained the day before, i know not to get on it because it'll suck water up and start to burp
