Default ran a 03 Cobra today :)

Ok .. i was headed home and i see this black 03-04 conv cobra coming up fast thru traffic ... he came by me didnt slow too much so i did the double 5 thing to get his attention .. then he slowed down and we let traffic get well ahead of us.. i put her in 2nd and start to beep .. before i got the 2nd beep out he nailed it ??? so did i .. well he jumped out a car and was pulling when i started to reel him in.. wby then we shut down and i was still at his rear bumper so i though oh well... here's another loss.. but then we went again .,, but this time i made dam sure i got the hit... well i left at 55 jammed thru 3rd and into 4th he was a good car off my bumper ..HELL YEAH... so now he wants to do it again and i have just enough time before i have to get off my exit .. i put it down in 2nd again and as soon as i heard him geard down i nooded and kicked it off .. i heard him spool up but it was too late .. again i kept over a car on him.. from 2nd thru 4th .. he then was cool enough to get off at my exit and talk.. it was stock with some bolt on's and that we had raced before at the track.. ??? either way he said i had one fast f-body .. little does he know i'm just getting started on it ..

This is why i bought my 03 cobra, they suffer from "supra syndrome" meaning that there reputed for being fast but the drivers dont seem to know how to use them (ones on this site exluded) and really, i love it beacuse people think im the same way....

Good kill. With the mods you have and his Cobra being a stock Conv. that sounds about right. The Cobra Conv's seem to trap a little lower than the average Cobra coupe. I think you could take a stock Cobra "coupe" if you can drive well enough especially from a stop.

i don't understand how you beat it with those mods i guess convertibles are way slower than the hardtops due to weight? either way, good kill. i guess anything is possible street racing.
