Default Quick stang kill on my way home..

Well i was going home from work. I was driving down 175 going about 60 you know just criusing, when all of a sudden an 03 Mustang GT gets next to me and wants to race me. Im kind of tired and dont really pay attention to him then he rolls down his windows and i see a lot electronic **** in his car, like 3 tv, and a lot of flashy lights. Im thinking to myself is this really worth it, a cocky *** stang driver. He reves his engine and takes off at about 60mph. I say to myself "Aw hell nah" and lauch at about 2000rpm i pass this guy in a matter of seconds like 2 actually. He tried to catch up but there was no chance. I rolled down my window and cut my throat and let him now you have no chance, and tell him you should spend more money on performance rather than tv's..lol..he just laughts and takes off again, but again i kill his car at about 135mph after that i didnt see him again..

To each his own I guess. My car looks pretty much stock. I just can't bring myself to spend money on looks of the car without thinking "Man I could have gotten ***** and gained **hp with that money.".

Dash > Flash

Nice kill.

I have the money to fix my front bumper(bought it damaged already) but I choose to have my Transmission buildt instead. I think it depends on the person, but for me it's power and then looks.

Nice kill.......apparently the Slow and Dilerious trilogy playing on all three TV's didn't give him enough HP to hang.

Hi jebuzws6,

I'm in the Dallas area too. Love those Mustangs....even the new GTs aren't as fast as I thought they'd be.

Good kill!

Sad thing is, the next gen GT's are probably going to beat on LS1's.

Oh well every car and engine eventually fades into nothing.

Stock for stock anyway.

^^ well LS1 probably, but I read the LSX motor coming out in not the too distant future is supposed to be doing 600hp on pump gas and supports up to 2,500....at least, that's what I read in a magazine....

It really depends on the sound your trying to get. If you want it loud, then the SLP Loudmouth II is pretty good for the price or you can go true dual. Just check the for sale forum and keep an eye out for either.

My $0.02.

So between Borla, slp, flowmasters which one gives the best allround sound and performance?
