01 WS6 vs 01 ZO6
Well i finally got to get in one of the races ive been going for. I have been wanting after my mods to run into a stock ZO6. Unfortunately it wasntstock, but still. He said he deleted the CATS, had CAI, and cat-back exhaust.
I was driving down clayton rd here in concord and was at a stop light. I see a ZO6 turn onto the road then my light turns green. I am trying to cruise up to him at about 1/4 throttle and he just takes off. He started with about a three car length lead. I shifted to 2nd and pulled back about a car length. We went for a bit more reaching about 90mph and i saw him hit his breaks and the race was over. Ended with me back about 1 1/2 car lengths. Needless to say i was very very pleased with how well the trash can is performing.

Yeah, i gained 1 1/2 on him. If we would have started even i would have pulled him. I also have more mods than in my sig. I have LT's, full rear chassis, off-road y-pipe, all QA1 shocks, and MT ET Street radials. I think my car is capable of a 12.2-12.4@113 or so.

I also have an 01 Pewter TA WS6, gotta love that color, looks great in the day and even better at night. I was gonna buy Magnaflow cats for my bird was wondering if you get a much meaner sound out of them, especially with the cutout open. Heard they flow the best. I am installing a QTP electric cutout at the end of the month

With the LT's, off rooad Y, and magnaflow it sounds really good. I am currently running through my cat-back. But i already have my dual cut-outs and am just waiting to get them installed.
