Another Ricer moment, very funny! Was heading to the store in the wee hours of the morning and this grey prelude with tons of stickers and a huge wing... half the size of the car keeps on revving at me! I didnt even want to bother with him but he kept at it with me for about a mile! I finally drop it into neutral and give him a good rev from my car... longtubes, ory, and slp loudmouth 1.... can hear it around the block 
Long story short as soon as I do this.... he flips on some kind of switch and he had a strand of neon lights all over his wing that lighted up, had the undercarriage lights come on, guage pillars all lighted up, neons on the hood, roof, you name it! Looked like a damn UFO! I started laughing so hard.... looked like a space craft! Is all the neons supposed to intimate me or make him add power? lol.... I ended up making a turn and never got to run him, but I was laughing a good 5 minutes from this!

HAHA, you got 
by that prelude and his lights. Remember the laws of physics, energy cant not dissapear, it is just converted to other types of energy. In this case all the energy of the neons was converted into raw front wheel HP. With that said you would have got your *** kicked in a race with him from all that power from the lights. Oh yeah and dont forget the sticker power too.
