The same reason drag racers put don drifting( real drifting not parking stupidity ). Some like going in a straight like real fast and others feel there is no challenge in going straight. If the drifting is done in the mountains of Japan then I would say it would be much easier to go fast in a straight line rather than go fast around some narrow curvy roads. It takes skill to do both but depending on where the actual drifting takes place then more skill would be required in drifting.

lmao..that arab drifting video was crazy sick!!!...thats my kinda drifting....and as far as the control aspect of drifting........control is an allusion...anyone who thinks they're in control is prob about to slam into somthing...lmao
