Great night last night.... I just got off work went to hang where everyone is in my little town. Well my buddy just bought a 02 m6 ws6..(suspention, 12" wide tires, lid, headers, and slp loudmouth). Well last night everyone was telling me to race him, i was up to it thinkin my *** was goin to be waxed by this t.a. Well we go im in my 99' A4(lid, and loudmouth), we go from like a 20 roll for some reason. I dont like rolls in my A4 but whatever i said f it. So I put it in second, we take off im neck and neck with this car all the way through third. Then he goes into fourth and just leaves me. I was thinkin to myself i dont really think we would get out of third gear at the track i dont think anyway. I really held my own, considering everyone there was like its a stick with more **** done to it your gone. I pretty much shut everyone up. It was more of a my (car isnt as slow as you sob's think it is), so i was pretty happy i ran with his t.a.

Why did u put it in 2nd at 20 mph??? thats the worse thing you probably could have done.. you should have put it in 3rd and left it alone.. 20 mph is first gear material... and from what i have experienced in AODs when u put it in 2nd it doesnt kick down.. still with his mods vs ur mods you wouldnt have won but just saying so you dont make the same mistake again.. i dont see how you was even neck to neck with him at all your car is so out of its power range its rediculous lol

Well it it just shifted out of 1st so i could wheel hopp it with it in 2nd to give me alittle bit better throttle respones thats why i did that and it worked out it didnt have to kick down at all. We could have been going abit faster. Because it was about in the power range where my 2nd gear was grabbing pretty hard then i just shifted into 3rd and left it.

I dont really know how to exsplain, it was in 2nd just enough it responded to me giving it gas everytime I pressed it. Im going to get ripped apart but whatever hahaha sorry in advance.

Erm I end up at the top of 4th at the track here at bandimere...Im sure Id be hitting 5th at sea lvl.

Ahh icic, still kinda new with everything i want to learn about ls1 cars, and evedently i should just kill my self seeing what kdogc5 put so sorry for the gay race story i told. Oh well there all kinds of those people on here, as i read, you cant be dumb in anything you say or you will get jumped haha but its kewl.
