Was cruising around with the top off tonight and came along what I thought was a cobra. He kept playing with me to see if I'd bite. It finally got the best of me and I gave him a run. Started at about 30 and he let me have the jump. We let off at about 80 and he had me by about a car and a half. At the next light I got a chance to chat with him. It was actually a GT with a cobra body kit. 4.6 liter with blower on 10 lbs of boost with 4.10 gears. It was a pretty nice ride with an orange metallic paint job and a nice set of rims.

I see that GT on the southside pretty often during warm weather months. Saw him the other day. Its a pretty sick car, sounds nasty. I read the post and then thought to myself that car sounds pretty familar and then saw your from Indy. Nice death BTW

It's most likely the same car. I live on the southside and that is where I ran into him, on 31. I've seen a red cobra around this past fall you'll want to look out for. I didn't even consider running him. He had a built motor put in along with the blower. He claimed 600 hp. I thought he might be full of BS until I saw him light the tires up at 40 mph.
