Killed another ricer, almost makes me feel sorry for them Well I was out last thursday night just looking for some fun, went to a local gtg and saw some good cars going at it overall it was being an enjoyable night. I was on my way home when I see this black 350z with two guys inside get next to me, so I slow down and roll down my window and tell them if they want to go at it. This was there response " are you sure about that" I give them a little chuckle and respond with a simple"yea". So we agree to roll from 60mph and go on three honks. We lauch and the little 350z got a very small jump on me,no problem because I was able to blow pass byhim in less than a second,and I also wanted to give him a little bit of hope. Well while we were racing i look back and see that im taking him by like 3 cars and still pulling so i slow down and get next to him. When I slowed down they told me "dude you have to be spraying" , I told them "hell no your just too slow"...lol... They told me to pull over because they wanted to see my car so i did and they were able to check it out. They didnt find any bottle and it was funny to see their faces light up with disbelieve...kind of made me feel sorry for them since i crushed there little hopes of beating an Ls1..lol

I always worry about facing one off, but then I go to the track and watch them run 14s and sometimes high 13s and they have some decent mods. I guess you always have to worry about any FI car in my opinion. Good Kill.

You know what is really sad, it is not just the 350Z owners. It is a lot of ricers. They watch a little bit too much F&F and think they can beat everything including domestic performance cars. Those guys live in their own world and never look outside to see what is fast and what is not. Once in while I go to a couple of places where some street racing is going on and the majority of those guys believe that ALL domestics cars are "dogs". I have learned not to try to explain things with words to these guys...just have to do it with actions.

Yeah, I like the sleeper status. Plus it's nice that most GP owners realize that they are pretty quick but we're not the fastest. Which many import people fail to realize that with their own cars.
