Default Traction Problems

I installed UMI adjustable lower control arms but the instructions said to adjust em to the same size as the stock ones. Any suggestions? I also want as much traction as i can get. Any suggestions there? '00 Z28

Hello,

Adjusting the control arm length will not improve traction. We only recommend lengthen or shortening the control arms to move the rear end back or forward if tire clearance is needed or the rear end needs centered. The control arms themselves will improve traction, if you are looking for an additional traction improvement I recommend a set of control arm relocation brackets as your next modification. The brackets change the instant center point and plant the rear end harder into the ground. We have bolt in models that require no welding and can be installed very easily.

If you have any questions please ask. Thank you!
