Default Tips to install torque arm with no motor/trans

Need some options on how to go about this to get things somewhat close. No trans or top end of the motor so the weight of the car is much less than it should be. I need to get the car back down on the ground so I can pull the short block out so it doesn't need to be perfect angle on the torque arm but I would like to get in the ballpark safely. Thanks for the help.

Why do you need a tq arm to put the car on the ground?

Just did not want the rear to rotate any if I try rolling the car. If it doesn't matter than I will let it go till the other stuff is completed.

My friend's car hasn't had a torque arm in it for a long time and we've pushed it around a lot. We've gone on flat roads, up, and down his drive way. Don't worry about it.
