Default Effects of lowering on front end parts?

Hi all,
I recently installed a set of koni 4/3's along with Strano's springs i must admit the ride and response is amazing.
My question is regarding the front end parts and how lowering affects the wear of these items ( outer tie rod ends, balljoints, inner tie rods, etc.)
My rf outer tie rod recently developed some play, i doubt this is related to recent drop, but looking at the angles the rod ends are sitting at it seems that they may be under additional stress from the drop.
Wondering if everything will be mostly unaffected or if there are any aftermarket parts that could help.
Also, where is a good place to find stock springs (besides new) if one needs them?
Thanks in advance.
