Which torque arms will work with long tube headers?

All of them. Its usually the y pipes that some (very few) people have problems with. And thats usually on the chassis mounted torque arms, not the transmission mounted ones.

are you looking for a tunnel mount or transmission mount?

Just about every torque arm that mounts in the factory location will clear all long tube headers with no issues. Our torque both #2206 and #2205 will clear with all exhaust set-ups.
