Default Synthetic Grease for poly LCA ends?

I was ordering a set of UMI lca's from speedinc.com and they sell a synthetic grease for the poly. ends of the lca's. My question is should I spend 15 bucks on synthetic grease from speedinc.com or can I just buy it at a parts store for cheaper?

Buy synthetic Marine grease. It is more water resistant than standard synth so it lasts longer. No need to buy that expensive stuff. I paid $5-$6 for my can.
