Default brakes feel spongy

i have a 94 camaro with the ls1 brake upgrade new master cylinder, brake booster. brakes have been bled 3 times and the abs has been sycled with a tech tool 2 times and the brakes still feel spongy. any help would be greatly appreciated.

this pedal rod is it on the brake pedal on the inside or between the master cylinder and brake booster?

It connects the booster to the pedal. Try and give it a few turns to move the pedal closer to the driver as to give you more pedal travel.
