Arrow bleader valve size?

The brake bleader valves on all four corners of my car are ready to be replaced becasue I stripped a couple. I went to the dealership for replacement bleaders and they said they discontinued them. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and CarQuest and all they have is a bunch of missed matched bleaders in a package on the wall for all vehicle types. The question is how deep is the bleaders supposed to thread. I know they have the hole drilled into the bottom beneath the threads and I figured the length of the bleader would make a diffrence. Im having a hell of a time bleading. I have a mityvac and an attatchment for my air compressor to get the job done.

good question. if you cant find stock, now would be a good time to upgrade to something like a self bleeder. i think earls makes them, both front and rear (theyre different). theyll be matched to your car and should fit perfectly. then bleeding alone will be easy. i dont have them, but others that do say theyre great.

Same situation here. My bleeder valves won't come undone and are going to be or are already stripped... What can I do? Mostly, how do I remove them properly?

No luck with locking pliers. Tried the 10mm first but it just spun.

+1, & if you twist the head off, stick an easy out in her & hope she comes out. Those things (stock bleeders) are a pain in the ***.
