Default Please help guys....

Im working on a 2002 WS6 m6. I swapped the Spahn Torque are for the BMR adjustable torque arm. I pulled the drive shaft to make all of this a bit easier. I put everything back together pretty easily. Took the car for a drive and now for some reason, I have to use some muscle to put the car in reverse, and my speedo isnt working now. Any ideas... Thanks guys..

did you accidently disconnect the VSS from the tranny? Im not sure if the reverse lockout would have anything to do with your reverse gear problems but might wanna look at those two and make sure they didnt get disconnected somehow when installing the torque arm. The car is driving ok other than that though? if so then its obviously nothing with the DS.

Yeah the car is driving fine. Besides the speedo not working and putting the car into reverse is now a b!tch...

I looked and saw that I crushed the connector thats rights behind the clam shell clamp for the torque arm. I replaced it and the speedo works now.. Its still a little hard to put the car into reverse. Just started when I swapped the torque arm. The tranny is new. Less then 2ooo miles on it....

Hello, swapping out the torque arm should not have caused your issues. Take a better look under the car and see if anything is binding or hitting. If you are still having issues give me a call.

The reverse lockout solenoid is in that area too. Mine has never been connected, you'll just have to put some *** into it and force it over into reverse.
