Default Strano springs with Koni 4/4

alright boys ive had a set of stranos springs on for a while just didnt have the money to do the shocks and now i do. i put in the order so they should hopefully be on the way soon from sam himself. before i get them what should i start out with for settings? and also a while back i found that my rubbers that go in the rear on the top of my shocks rubbed through and were making noice. will new ones come with and if not does anyone know where i can get a good set of poly ones?

Are you talking about the upper spring insulator?

that may be them they are the rubbers that go directly through the body over the shaft of the shock over time they had rubbed through and the shaft of the shock was rubbing directly on the body causing an annoying sound

All customers who buy Koni's from me get a setup lesson by phone, from me, when the shocks are in your hands (so you can see them as we talk).

The rear shocks come with new upper bushings (for the shock, not the spring). Fronts do not, they reuse all the OEM mounting hardware.
