Default Coasting problem

I have noticed recently in my t/a that when letting it coast anywhere above ~50mph the car starts dropping mph's much faster then normal. Below 50 and it seems to coast fine. I also have a brake squeal about every other time pulling up to a red light, even under light breaking. My friend says it could be the piston is stuck pressing the pad to the caliper?? And no my ebrake isnt on lol.

Does it do the same in Neutral? If so, then it may be a dragging caliper but you would probbaly notice one wheel getting noticeably hotter. Easy enough to check, jack 'er up and check if you hear or feel any drag.

I went and jacked up the front two, don't have a bottle jack for the rear dif. The front left I can get it to turn a whole 360degrees leisurely. The front right turns about 5/8's of the left. It also seems like that rotor is the least smooth of all 4, just barely. Is it most likely my front right wheel? thanks for the help.
