Default Anybody else squeeking with a new Koni/Strano setup?

I installed the 4/4 Konis with the Strano Springs about a month ago, and whenever it gets below 40 degrees, they squeek like crazy on any bump. Any ideas how to cure that. I installed it all correctly. Where to lube, if lube were an option?

Mine squeeked but that was because my phb was not tight enough.

Clearence is just enough...I scrape sometimes over the speed bumps....but, not on regular roads. It's my rears sqeeking...could they not be tight enough?

Lube your swaybar bushings. Classic... When it gets cold the rubber gets hard. The lowering causes the bars to rotate away from where they always ran in the bushing before.

do the energy suspension bushings with sam's bars have grease ports (like the fittings on a-arms and PHBs) or do you just grease them the good old fashioned way?

They do not, because I don't find they hold up well. A bushing with a hole and a groove cut in is a point at which cracks start.

Grease them the old fashioned way...

When I installed my Koni's and Strano springs/sways, I used the lube from Energy Suspension on the sway bar bushings. It works very well. I haven't had any problems with it washing out and have had zero squeaks.
