Lost my brakes

Lost my brakes I haven't drove my car in probably 5 days or so, so i go out earlier to start it and run to the store. i back out of my driveway and have no brakes. push the peddle and it goes all the way to the floor. i get out and check the fluid in the master and its full. its dark but i cant see any leaks. any ideas? did my master go out while it was setting?

Is your car parked outside or in a garage? If kept outside, any people that don't particularily like you?
In other words, has somebody been messin' with your car? I know that sometimes things "just fail", but it's not common for a master cylinder to just up and quit without some kind of erratic behavior for a little while.
