Default Questions about lowering f-body?

I have an 01 firebird, that i want to lower the ride height just above the tires. I was wondering if anyone has cut their stock springs to lower their ride height, and if they had any measurements and even some pictures too if availiable, please help! thanks

dude, i wouldnt recommend that for any car because it will make your car bounce like crazy and handle like crap. Eibach springs are cheap and get the job done.

dont cut the stock springs to lower your car. easy to mess things up and stock springs have a softer load rating the lowering springs
