To just install lca's? No, you dont need them. Relocation brackets change your posistion of your control arms to be planted towards the ground for traction issue and solving wheel hop.

With ours we place the adjustment holes on the swing radius of the control arm so there is no need to adjust anything when installing them.

The relocation brackets are to correct the suspension geometry of the LCA's on lowered cars.

You can use them with stock or aftermarket adjustable (and non adjustable) lca's. I am using UMI relocation brackets with UMI double adjustable lca's. No problems at all here.

Hello
Thanks for the recommendation, He's right! You can use Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets with factory and aftermarket Control Arms. Hands down there are one of the best investments one a vehicle. They eliminate wheel hop and increase traction performance by allow you to adjust the control arms more parallel to the surface. We offer 2 different versions a weld on and a bolt on! Below is a link to show you what we have to offer! If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be glad to help!

It doesn't affect any tire wear. I have adj LCAs and I'm not using relo brackets.

I added BMR relocation brackets after experiencing significant wheel hop with the regular adj. LCAs...

I would strongly suggest BMR's relocation brackets if you go with their LCAs. Basically eliminated wheel hop for me.

Hello
When a vehicle is lowered it looses a little weight distribution! And the relocation brackets allow you adjust the control arms more parallel with the surface and push the rear end and the power into the ground. Therefore eliminating wheel hop and the only wire wear effects you will have is a improvement in your traction performance! If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be glad to help!
Thanks Again

The reason to use relocation brackets is to correct your lower control arm geometry and to help eliminate wheel hop. You can use our brackets with stock lca's or aftermarket ones. The only time that you would need an adjustaqble lca is if you are putting a tall tire on the car and need to adjust the rear for tire clearance or you have an aftermarket rear end and the brackets are off. If you have any questions please give me a call.
