Default Why use a TA relocation bracket?

I have a UMI adjustable trans mounted TA ready to be put on. Other than taking the stress off the trans, what other benefits would I be getting my using one? If you have one, let me know I'm curious to hear why you did it.

it gets the torque arm off of the tranny and they are adjustable. since they are adjustable if you have some little clearance problems with your torque arm and exhaust or the bottom of the car then it can be slightly adjusted.

Also the mount is completely stationary, unlike the factory mount on the transmission tail shaft.

Pro:
Prevent damage to the tail shaft of the tranny

Con:
Possible increase of noise and vibrations to the car

With that being said, I have a TA relocated to the body of my car. I took the chance on the noise and vibrations to save my tranny.

Hello,

Like mentioned one of the main benefits of the relocation kit is to remove the torque arm off the tail shaft. It also features built in adjustment which allows you to change the instant center point of the vehicle.. this is a very nice setting to have.

If you have any additional questions regarding the torque arm relocation kits I will be glad to help. Thank you!
