Default Shock replacement

my car has 119k miles on it and the suspension is completely stock. I believe the shocks are done and I would like something to replace them with. not really looking at going full bore on this. just a good replacement shock. also if anyone has done a prothane kit for the bushings. just figure as long as nothing is broken I can just rejuvenate the suspension a little bit.
thanks
Wesley
