Default LCA and PHB question

I'm planning on getting some LCA's and a PHB. Already have some LCA relocation brackets sitting on a shelf. My car is a street car that sees the track 2-3 times a year if I'm lucky. The car is stock ride height right now.

Should I pay the extra cash and get the single adjustable stuff just incase I should need it down the road or is non-adjustable fine for my application. And is poly/rod the best combo for my mostly street car?

Non-adjustable LCAs

Double adjustable panhard bar, just because it is so easy.

Jetlag is pretty much dead on. Poly on one end, heim on the other for the LCAs. Poly on the TA.
