Default Allignment specs? To fix outside edge wear issue.

I had my car alligned twice... first place made it worse. So took it to another place, drove straight, no problems except the outsides of the tires would wear out. I replaced the lower ball joints, inspected the suspension, everything seems fine, and the allignment was done to factory specs. I'm going to take it back now its spring and time to drive it. Can anyone give me specs to have them use to fix the outside edge issue? Maybe some negative camber? I remember seeing posts with specs to use, but couldn't find them now that I need to.

Stock height, or lowered?
Do you have stock upper control arms?

Are your tires inflated correctly?
