Default removing rack questions

ive done 20 searches and came up with nothing. but my question is is it necessary to take motor mount bolts out to get the 2 main bolts off. im in the process of doing this now and am really hoping i dont have to but i am stuck right where im at. i got the passenger side out easy but the drivers side is a different story.

I have NOT been there or did that, I have seen several posts on this, which say cut the head off of the bolt which will can not come out cut with a sawsaw / grinder / hacksaw and replace it with a new bolt ,replacing it from the bottom up
I beleave this would be faster than removing mount bolts
