Default Brake problems

My cousin and I replaced his back brakes, and when we put them back on they are sticking. We pulled the calipers back off and thought we fixed the problem, but he drove the car to work today and when he lets off the gas the car basically stops. What could be the problem? They are dragging.

Let me know if you have any suggestions

Hmm..I think there could be two problems. Check to see if his sliding pins are properly lubricated and they are not seized inside the mounting bracket. And it could be a seized piston on the caliper.

Were the rotors replaced also? If so, were the parking brakes adjusted to fit the new rotors?
