bmr springs, whats the best shock that will work with springs,konis q1a 2000 f-body (drag strip once an awhile),best shocks to go with,i have brand new bmr springs,i drive it most of the time,,on occasion hit the drag strip,want the car to ride its best but still be able to launch it good best all around combo,not looking for road race warrior,but not gonna be doin 1/4 everytime

Only drag strip? Do you ever handle with it? If you don't handle with it, you got the wrong springs. You'll want Koni shocks with those springs if you are using the springs as intended. If you set the shocks (especially the rears) correctly, they will still be good at the drag strip, though not the best.
Strano springs and Koni shocks are awesome for handling and good at the drag strip.
A drag setup (soft and not really too low, with a bigger rear swaybar and sometimes without a front bar at all) is great at the drag strip but beyond horrible for handling.
